I have used HostPapa to host my website (www.ormigadesign.com) for over a year and a half. I'm very pleased with them. I've never had any problems and, whenever I couldn't figure out how to use one of their features or wasn't sure how to do something, I contacted their customer service department and they were prompt and helpful in replying.
My website has never been down, and whenever there was a maintenance scheduled, HostPapa would notify me ahead of time. These were always performed in the middle of the night, so that it would affect the traffic to my site.
I am very happy with their service and the fact that they are a green energy company. I would most definitely recommend them (in fact, I have done so in the past).
Kudos to HostPapa for a great service in such a saturated market!

I have had a very good experience with Host Papa. The tools and organization of my account is very good and I have been very pleased. I just had a new client who I had to use Go Daddy for and I can't wait to move it from there. It has been a nightmare to go thru their system compared to HostPapa

hostpapa works for my small business. I've been using them for about 5 years now. Here's what works:
1) Their package is competitively priced.
2) It is simple to get going AND without being too simple. Other hosts I've been with end up too restricted or make it really difficult to do anything beyond "plain vanilla."
3) They have pretty amazing up time.
4) Whenever I've needed technical support beyond the faq-forum-and-knowledge-base, they have been responsive and friendly.
You might want to know what I think they could improve. And I have trouble coming up with anything. I might like to see some options to integrate my hostpapa sites with my small-biz Google Apps. But that's really an enhancement request, not a complaint.
I have and will continue to recommend hostpapa to friends and clients.

I am very pleased with hostpapa. Not only is it good value for the money, but it is super easy to set up, which was important for me for my first website. The instructions were clear and walked me right through the process. And for the two years I've been up and running with hostpapa, they've had very little downtime.

Having my password changed without my permission was annoying, but it was especially troubling that they sent me the new one by EMAIL, which is not at all secure.
I used to experience spotty failures, but uptime seems to have improved in the last year or so.

Hostpapa webhosting is fairly straightforward. Prices are low, and the uptime is incredible. Services are fairly easy to use, such as Web disk and the website analytics tools. Needs Web disk support for Windows 7 though. Overall a pretty good web hosting company.

I have taken courses in web design and an instructor of mine highly suggested HostPapa. What I like is the fact that I have never called customer service with a problem. People I know who have visited my site have never had any issues with seeing what I have created. When my web design business gets off the ground, I will be using HostPapa for my customers and my own business site. Oh yeah, and their Canadian.

Host Papa has allowed me to go from being tech unaware to having an online presence that generates interest in my services on a daily basis. With out a tech back ground it was very frustrating trying to get started with other companies. with Host Papa the online service, templates, and wizards, got me started and the personal phone conversations polished the package. Need to deal with HostPapa support multiple times this year as I need to change my plan. So far, the response is pretty quick and I am happy with it. One thing is that it automatically renew my site every year. Even though it is documented somewhere in the contract, it would be nice if it can send an email to remind us first before the renewal.

I've been a customer for almost 2 years. At the beginning my site took longer than usual to set up. I can't remember the cause now. But after that initial hiccup I have been quite satisfied. I only experienced one issue with my email accounts after a year or so, but it was fixed in a promptly manner, after contacting technical support.
I recently installed joomla to re-make my website and it was incredibly simple. I trust that the other apps work the same.

I found the mail and web features easy to use. Most of all, I found Hostpapa very reliable which is very important - makes my site available 24/7.
I also appreciate the e-mail notifications which inform me when Hostpapa is going to be unavailable because of updates/maintenance.
The annual charge is also very competitive and I feel that I get good value for my investment.

I know virtually nothing about the whole interweb thing and I was able to get a functioning website running in a very short time, complete with photos and communication back to me. I had a few problems getting going and contacted the help desk and they solved my problems promptly and had me back on my way. I am totally happy with my HostPapa experience and highly recommend using them as your web hosting partner.

I don't know any other service that gives me as much as I get for any price, let alone such a competitive price. Worry-free hosting! Super-fast support team. I can always count on easy-to-understand emails. When I've spoken to them on the phone, they have always given me all the time I needed. I never have to worry about using up space since they offer unlimited space. Important for us since we need to upload many audio files. They offer lots of software too, and we've tried them all out. Nice to know they are there when we need them. Highly recommended!

As a micro home-based business, I wanted a site that I could manage effectively without spending all of my time developing the site and doing maintenance. Eco-friendly website hosting, easy to use web site development tools including on-line shopping cart and backed up by excellent technical support team when you need them. Excellent features and price. I love that you are green. I have been a little concerned about some downtime reported to me by customers and not too happy about the customer service I have received. I have used your customer support twice and neither time was friendly or helpful. The first time was around several reports from my clients that my site was down. When I went to check it was indeed down. Seemed to be sporadic for several days. Customer support told me I would need to call back another time and ask for a log to find out what was happening and did not seem interest in looking into the problem. The second time involved not getting the facebook coupons after several attempts. I completed the forms and the system told me I would receive the code in an email in 3-5 business days but was not receiving anything weeks later (yes I checked my junk mail folder). Several email contacts with customer support where I spelled this out in detail resulted only in having the link to submit again sent to me - which I did again. Finally, after spelling it out again, someone got it and sent me the code. Took weeks to resolve and was frustrating.

Host Papa has been everything I need for hosting. I run several websites and blogs. I consider myself to have moderate skills - well beyond novice but certainly not techie... that's what tech support is for. :)
In the two+ years I've been with Host Papa I did experience a couple of reliability glitches. Of course, in this day and age of demands for instant fixes and impossible expectations, even one minute of down-time can seem like forever. I did my share of complaining yet on both occasions, not only did the techies permanently resolve the issues, they did so with complete professionalism. They took a lot of s**t from myself and others and returned with better service.
They have earned my respect... and loyalty. I take full advantage of their longest term. When you do the math, NOBODY can beat them on value for dollars spent.

When I started to search for a hosting company, I wanted to use one that is Canadian. So with with another with the name "Dominion" in the title. Result; not so good. So I searched again and came across the Hostpapa site - Canadian and Green.
I had problems with my current host that seemed insurmountable. The fact that I was a total "newbie" exacerbated it. However, the staff at Hostpapa were both very patient and helpful.
My domain got transferred, my site got launched and whenever I had a problem, I could count on very timely replies.

I love the fact that it's green. The tech support has been very helpful in the initial stages of setting up my account and working the bugs out of my Joomla installation. I was new to web hosting and webdesign myself but now, I've brought others into the HostPapa family because I receive a great product at a good price. I do volunteer work for a non-profit organization and being able to do things myself instead of hiring out professional help was a great boost to our success with our website.

I haven't been on my own homepage for a long time, and then I realized that 90% of my homepage was gone. Because of the hits I could find out, that the problem was there for about a year. Now I had to make the homepage again. I don't know what happened, maybe a server of yours broke down and lost my files.

I am very satisfied with the service that I've paid for. The prices are very low, the customer support is fast and very useful; they helped get started since I was a little lost at first.The site has rarely been down if ever. And when it was gonna be down, I was advised a few days, or even weeks, before. Unlike some webhosting services I've seen, Hostpapa doesn't limit the user much. I've seen ".htaccess" files being blocked by some webhosters but not HostPapa. Highly recommended!

Support has been good -- I was able to get a person on live chat, and they solved my issue in 5 minutes. Turns out I had misconfigured a PHP script (Gallery) and they figured it out.
Backup system is great. One-click backup of my sites and mysql databases, in a zip file!

This website is the first one I have ever created and published, I was very nervous. It literally took me 3 minutes to read the instructions to upload (using filezilla, which is free) and then upload the site. When I was done, I thought wow this service is great and the price is right too! I have and will continue to highly reccomend this service to others!

We're very satisfied with HostPapa's web hosting. Storage and bandwith are virtually unlimited. Tech support is usually quick and helpful in pointing to the right direction when something is unclear. Acquiring extra domain names is a bit expensive, but adding them as an add-on to the main account is a plus.

I am involved in 3 websites hosted on hostpapa.com (two of them, magicphotoframe.co.uk and greenmarine.ro share the same hosting plan and gm-log.com has its own hosting plan).
Being a web designer for 3 years now I work with on a lot of websites. In previous years, from 2006 until 2009, I worked with about 20 web-hosting sites. At the end of 2009 I quit my job and I started working as a freelancer doing websites and posters and business cards and stuff like that and my first web project that on worked on as a freelancer was magicphotoframe.co.uk and the person that contacted me about the website bought beforehand the hosting plan and so I didn't know what to expect, because I didn't even heard of hostpapa.com... but I gotta tell you I WAS SHOCKED! UNLIMITED SPACE, UNLIMITED SUB-DOMAINS, UNLIMITED PARKED DOMAINS... and all that at those prices... I was like... WHAT THE... how do you like that... the future has arrived! Up until then web hosts space restrictions gave me nightmares. THANK YOU HOSTPAPA.
Of course... it can't be all good.... so now for the bad part: I had some problems with magicphotoframe.co.uk, due to email size (I do not recall exactly what the size limit is and I don't what to say any number so I do not misinform you... ask for yourselves) and number of email sent per hour (again...can't remember exactly the number... but I do remember that if you need to sent out more e-mail per hour, they can raise the limit up to 100 a think... unfortunately... the same cannot be said about the email size...witch it cant be raised from my understanding), but it all worked out, and the guys at tech support were very very prompt, helpful and friendly.
In retrospectives, HostPapa.com is the best web hosting company that I have worked with and I have a felling I will continue to work with for many years to come.

I have been with HostPapa for a couple years now. Prior to finding them, I went through a string of rather horrid hosting companies. I tried the small companies (great customer service until something goes wrong, then they would disappear) and the bigger companies (customer service were two foreign words to them, meaning when something went wrong you were even less likely to get it taken care of). I even had a pre-paid lifetime hosting account with one hosting company that I began getting billed for on a monthly basis—frustrating, to say the least.
Since I moved to HostPapa, I've found the service outstanding. The server uptime, communication and customer support are fantastic. The few issues that have presented themselves have always been resolved quickly and without the host making me feel like I was bothering them by asking questions. I now have all my websites hosted here and continue to recommend their service to friends and family.

I've been using HostPapa to host my customers website. It is fast, reliable compared to other host I've used. Installing Wordpress takes 5 minutes. Really! I've installed Wordpress with other host and it took me up to an hour to transfer the files, yes an hour. I don't use any other host than HostPapa for my customers and it's green!

I'm a rather inexperienced user, and I found hostpapa to be pretty easy to use. I like that they have made a commitment to being a green host, and I love that I've never had a single problem with them. I've not noticed nor been affected by any outages, and their speed seems fantastic. All in all, I'm very happy with their service!

I moved from my expensive hosting company to one I felt was better value but offered much more from my webhost. I have just completed two years with HostPapa and can honestly say that I am very impressed with such a well organised, efficient, reliable hosting company. Although I am based in the UK, I've found it easy and convenient to speak to the tech support team at whatever time I've needed help and have always had my issue dealt with promptly and to full satisfaction. I feel that HostPapa is one of the finest hosting companies around, providing great packages and fantastic prices. I won't be moving my several sites from this hosting soon!!

Our experience and relationship with HostPapa has been excellent since we signed on with them in March 2009.
We appreciate the periodic Newsletters and have had no serious or even minor problems.
There is ample space allocated for all our needs, including our Photo Gallery.
Additionally, your form above is difficult to understand and the spelling mistakes make it look less professional than it should be.

HostPapa has been frickin' awesome since day one. I've just renewed my hosting package with them for another 3 years and feel pretty triumphant about it! The best web host I've experienced by far! Never had any complaints about the service, the only time I contacted customer service was to enquire about renewing my package, their response was speedy and very helpful.

For 99.999% of the folks out there, Host Papa has everything you need in a web hosting company, all at one great price. All the reps are very courteous and helpful, and it's very refreshing to recognize the names of the folks when you call or chat for some help. As a web designer, I always recommend Host Papa because I know that all the features I need for a site are there, and if I have any issues, I'll get the help I need.

The main thing I appreciate about HostPapa is that I have never had to phone or seek support from a human because HostPapa's services work flawlessly. For more than two years HostPapa has delivered what it said it could & would. This is an invaluable timesaver! No frustrations dealing with software and interfaces that don't work. I'm not the most techie savvy person around, but am very comfy navigating through HostPapa's services and features.

With all the help videos, and FAQs, etc. it was relatively easy to set up my domain. I have a simple personal family home page, but realise all the extras that I can add at my own chosing and time. I had a question during my first few days, but it was answered quickly on one phone call, no waiting time and by a knowledgeable tech - best service I've ever had !!!
